A movie adaptation would be awesome. Its a nice story. I thought her ex would take a more aggressive route in the subway station scene, but I guess not.
The art is a little weird, especially the eye lashes lol
All in all, decent story writing.

Kon is a dork!

What a wonderful end! This series has made me cry and tear up several times in its 16 chapter long story, which is a great accomplishment in my book. It even has a pretty notable timeskip for the last chapter, which I usually hate, but this felt really good. ;w; Big thanks to the translators for the wild ride and fantastic job!!! This is definitely in my top favorites for sure!!!

Very nice ending, though I wish we could have been able to see the happy couple together one last time.

This was a fantastic ending. I'm happy I followed it to the end. I hope it gets some sort of adaption at some point. It'd make a great animated or live action story.

Gods that was a nice ending. But seriously, both this AND Still Sick being done? Ugh, hard to believe two of my favorites in recent memory have come to a close. Still though, their endings were both really nice. I can understand what Kon is going through too, just wanting to fit in and have friends... letting society dictate what's right and wrong, weird and normal.

But I think she's well on her way to realizing that family is more than just blood. A lot more.

I think it's an excellent and interesting way to wrap things up, hopeful and bittersweet. One of the best Yuri stories I've read.

A great ending to a great manga. It's disappointing that it wasn't popular for how good the art and story are, but... I guess that's not uncommon. Anyway, here's to an imperfect but bright future.

In the beginning, I was a bit iffy on tagging along with this story. I don't regret tagging along with it one bit after this ending. Really wish the manga did get popular though, it's such an amazing manga!

I thought that was a nice dramatic final chapter to a dramatic romance. I really liked the picture at the end. It really drove home the point that Kon was Midori and Maki's daughter. I just wish we got to see Midori and Maki together one last time.

What I find just a bit depressing is that this last chapter seems to assume Japan will still have about the same level of homophobia 13 years in the future. But I can definitely see why the mangaka chose to go this route. It’s a good reflection of Kon’s parents’ angst 13 years prior, and it gets resolved positively, just like it did before.
