Back when Komugi was thinking about how Meguru wanted her to touch her more gently I thought it might be a cope delusion that all she had to do was treat Meguru right and everything would be okay but it's interesting to see that it actually kinda lines up with what Meguru wants.

Considering Shio's previous works being very nonsexual, this is a really amazing (if toxically mixed up and crazy) way of exploring how sexual/romantic desire manifests and affects different people. How Meguru's view of sex is warped by her exposure as a child, how Yakou's desires are object-focused but she's the most open to touching/being touched, how Komuki doesn't truly seem to know how to manifest her feelings.

Really can't wait to see where this goes now that Yakou can connect the dots.

Finally, in all its weirdness and creepiness, this one is starting to make sense

This is so wonderfully unlike Usui Shio’s other works. It feels like I’m watching a train wreck unfold but the author’s history of concluding stories with happy endings make me think otherwise.

With the color pages (cover?) in this release, I feel like Usui Shio has intentionally modified her art style to suit her current set of works and it isn't just her being rushed (although it's that too, two releases a month instead of 1.5 is a lot)

Siiick. I was waiting for Yakou to recognize Meguru's name. Azuki says "hands off my Meguru!" in ch.1 when she's hiding in the closet but Yakou doesn't seem to clock it yet that it is her sister's name. The speed of these events unfolding can either mean we are halfway through to a short end, or there is a looot more juicy repressed trauma to dredge. Either way, consider me buckled.

I would really like to see some kind of interview about what the author thinks about Yuri or sex in the medium, based on what we have here in dynasty, sex never seems to be about connection and more about posession, like giving yourself to another person taking some sort of freedom away.

I know some people who think Yuri has to be pure, like the infamous editor of Ebisu & Hotei, so I'm curious to know the author's vision too.

well is not like her sister is the only meguru in town, like i get that i´d be weird to hear your sister s name while being hugged half naked but assuming that her sister is your co-worker s ex based on just that would be reaching a bit too much
