My take is Fuyu probably worked for a 'black company' or smth where she was treated as expendable. Considering she has a kid too, she probably went through something similar or lost work in the past because she prioritised her kid in the past, and from the dialogue, she prob doesn't see that view as 'wrong' (internalised trauma, our beloved) - ala why she doesn't see her outburst as wrong. (It does line up with the 'China work culture bad' trope that pops up in a lot of media, which bleh, so if I'm correct, I hope they don't draw that connection because stereotypes of real groups of people are bad lmao.)

I love reading messy drama

(Edit: Also firing/retaliating against an employee because they have to take care of their kid during an emergency is, like, a labour violation and very illegal... at least here in Australia. A fever could be technically a medical emergency for a young child. Since they're in a daycare, the kid would be ~1-6 y/o)

so let me get this straight (lmao).
Meguru asked her girlfriend, who was clearly into her, for sex - Then got upset when she said yes, failing her hidden 'test'.
Girl has issues, but intentionally triggering a trauma as a 'test' isn't healthy or fair because it causes exactly the kind of secondary trauma Azuki now has. God damn.
In a perfect world, Meguru would just communicate "I have sexual trauma and am not comfortable with sex", but teenagers gonna teenager (Although I've seen worse communication from working adults so lmao I guess).

On one hand, this school would have long been sued out of existence.

On the other, this will make a fine addition to my 'pain and suffering (but in the funny way)' collection.

1kg dropped from the height of a table is enough to break your foot. Be careful with weights and never hold them over your feet!
