My bet is Tsukushi is gonna have brain overload from lack of sleep and being kissed by her dream girl, so she falls asleep and thinks it's all a dream like someone else in the comments mentioned earlier.
So the series continues with Hinoka thinking they are dating now while Tsukushi is as clueless as ever. That would honestly be my favourite outcome, cause we could have Hinoka constantly flustering Tsukushi lol
Hinoka saw the panic strike and took control from there. But yes, she might overload and either break down in tears from the weight being lifted, pass out, or one and then the other.

She found a good loophole in her desire to have Tsukushi be the one to confess: by physically expressing it but not saying anything first, this assures Tsukushi that she won't get dumped while still leaving a silence she has to fill, rather than getting to take the easy way out of simply saying "yes" without putting her feelings fully into words. 1000 IQ play tbh.
