any Villainess or Villainess-esque manga/manhwa/manhua? i'm kind of tired of the samey isekai cliches, but as long as it has good character growth i'd probably be alright with it. i'm just a fan of enemies to lovers stuff.

already reading In Love With The Villainess and Please Bully Me Miss Villainess, the former i enjoy how the villainess/MC are developed, the latter is a bit too nothing burger for me.

In my experience, despite being very well set up for it, the genre rarely goes for the enemies to lovers angle. Usually there's little to no build up of the "enemies" phase of the relationship so there's no tension to resolve, and the MCs befriend their would-be-enemy because they gotta avoid the bad end/save the villainess/whatever.

The Daughter of Evil and Miss Devil does actually set them up as rivals (with a bit of irony) but I haven't read the official translation so I can't comment on how it develops further. Still, I find it's a good read!

In The Fed Up Office Lady Wants to Serve the Villainess there's some nice tension despite Natori and Lapis being on the same side (on paper), and the character development is great so far.

And finally, MagiRevo also has nice character growth though it's more fantasy-focused and the romance comes along rather than being the big central point (if you care about that). Also, you'll have to read it on Mangadex to stay up to date.

It is hilarious how Ayumu and Asuka are finding common ground by teaching Hayami.

one thing that bug me is Kanna cause it feels likes their more of a personal reason has to why she's helping Koharu then just being a good mentor but I could just being overthinking it.

It is unconfirmed thus far but it was noticed that Kanna looks very similar to one of the girls in Koharu's class: https://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/love_bullet_ch01#3 to the right of the guy saying "Where are they?" so a theory is that she was an undercover cupid tasked with making Koharu fall in love with Aki but the accident that killed Koharu ended up happening for some reason and Kanna feels guilty about it.

According to Chiyo, Kanna seems to be quite lazy usually so I guess she took her sweet time, so Koharu couldn't fall in love before dying. And I don't know if she could've been the actual cause of the accident since cupid bullets don't seem to have an effect on the surroundings, only on people, but that could be another source of guilt for her.

It would be reductive if the only thing people say about it is "Look, its green! It's the Green Yuri!" as if it was the only reason the series is worth reading. Which, fair, in that situation it would feel bad to see the nickname.
Not that I've seen anything like that. Recommendations either go in detail about the story or characters, or just say "trust me, it's good", it's never just about greenness.
