Tsukushi has reduced her density levels to such an extent that she realizes she is dense, but not quite enough to realize to what degree. This is a rather unique level of uselessbianism.

Hinoka's expressions this chapter are those of pure fucking suffering in a way that had I not known better, I'd have been legit heartbroken. In contrast, Tsukushi's utter uselessness is infinitely amusing, and I'm very much looking forward to seeing her completely fall apart in front of her "best friend forever".

Yes Tsukishi, you're dense. You can't figure out your own feelings, let alone that your BFF has loved you romantically since forever. Even your dreams are backwards.

It's really nice that she's realizing that she's been in love with her a long time. A lot of stories like this have that initial moment, in this case, the dream be the signifier for change, so I like that she's recontextualizing her past.

Oh god, I actually went back and looked and saw her reaction to finding out Tsukushi got a confession letter. She looks MORTIFIED, and she drops her bag in shock.

Nah man, black holes are so dense they bend space-time so no light can escape hence appearing black.
