I think it's a combination of her personality and knowing that she liked girls for a lot longer than Akari. So I'm assuming she's done a bunch of research on it over however long. On the other hand, Akari just figured out how girls have sex a day ago lmao.

I just get the feeling she's done all this stuff before, maybe with that tutor? Maybe we'll find out later whenever Manatsu asks her question. I imagine there's a reason why she was ok with this arrangement in the first place. We haven't gotten a lot of Sumie's reactions or feelings about things besides some vague tutor flashbacks and a key moment where she wanted to say something to Manatsu but stopped herself.

My impression was Sumie is doing this "7 days GF" thing in the first place because she confessed to her tutor and was told no with an excuse along the lines of "you're too young and inexperienced".
So she's trying to speedrun the whole girlfriend thing for "the experience".

She just didn't account for the possibility that she might start falling for Manatsu (unless I'm misremembering the scenes that make me think she is)

Why is almost everyone in this manga stacked? There's like two characters that don't have huge honkadonkabadonkers. Is it something in the water?

That's because it's a microlabel within the genderfluid umbrella lol. I only discovered it not long before I started questioning my gender some two and a half years ago (for comparison, I've come to a conclusion some two months ago)

These forums have a pretty even split of men and women with a minority of enbies and genderfluid folks. IDK what the demographics are for the Discord server, which I spend a lot more time in than here, but I would be surprised if they were much different. At the very least there's a lot of lesbians and other sapphics that are very active there on a daily basis.

Also, just wanna state for the record I'm a panromantic/sexual genderfaun fella. (Genderfaun = fluid, but only in the man and enbie identities)

^ IIRC from spoilers I've read (I think on the discord server?) she ultimately starts dating all the girls. so yeah, she will get together with Nakano, but she'll also get together with everyone else.
