She does like her friend though. She just feels smothered by her (to her) unreasonable emotional demands and thus pulls away for breathing room.
They clearly weigh their relationship with each other differently, which is a tough thing to resolve but Kiho definitely wants to be friends with her, bc if she didn't she'd long since stopped associating with her altogether.

i find kiho's situation very relatable lol i was in a similar friendship all throughout highschool. too bad i didn't have a teradate or lulu to give me support. sometimes people have different ideas of what friendship is and need to be told to chill tf out.

Sakuya is just another person who has mistaken the power to dominate for the feeling of love. She is pitiable, that way, even if she shouldn't get any until she at least tries to honestly make amends.

It is with this chapter that I have noticed that Lulu's hands are slightly webbed, I'd never spotted it before but going back it does show up a few times in earlier chapters

I kinda felt like the story somewhat cornered itself with the villain and all. I knew Lulu's explosive power would have to be used again, but it does not resolve the tyrannical villain threatening the destruction of the Earth part of the equation. Team Rocketing those fools absolutely works, though.

With this, pretty much everything plot-relevant from the original oneshot has been covered, so for anyone who's been avoiding it to go into the serialization blind, it is now safe to read it and compare.
