I love this author so much and all the unique dives into relationships they do.

I love the idea that she's having a hard time because she's attracted to one person but thinks it's three different ones and that's beautiful.

Both of these people are wack as hell. Ema/Sakuma/Naruse is the world's strongest Gender Presentation Doer and you love to see it, while Houjou has that social mechanics special interest autism at maximum power and is applying it fully. Both of them are absolute freaks of nature. This much extreme nacho flavor would kill a medieval peasant on the spot. They're perfect for each-other, really, and I look forward to seeing more of this.

I have a theory.

Maybe the person who switch identity is the third coworker we see page 5 chapter 1. We see the two others coworkers who invited her at the bar but not the third one even though she (I think it's a she) is kinda put in the front.
It might explain how she setup the first meeting with Emma.The two others males coworkers (certainly same promotion, friends) may have told her, she may be was the one coming with this idea since it's pretty weird coming from two dudes to invite their female boss to a girl's bar.

Moreover in chapter two, when she's with Ema she said she's been there with a coworker with a sweet tooth ! Guys am I going too far ??

This manga is seriously amazing, I love it so much. Houjou is one of the most deranged protagonists I've seen in a while lmao.

So it's confirmed that Both Naruse and Sakuma require wigs which is interesting. Also SEN has done some level of voice training to pull out all these different voices, including the old woman one, on the fly. EDIT: Upon rereading chapter 1 we can also see that there's a wig for Naruse as well. All three identities utilize wigs, and we have no idea what kind of hair they have in reality.

I agree with @Cogito Houjou is extremely deranged. Does she even realize that from her perspective she's basically leading three different people on right now??? I love how unwittingly self centered she is, it really makes the relationship feel much more equal, since both characters are equally committed to "decieving" the other lol.

You'd think even without any experience, she'd at least consider mentioning the issue of exclusivity at any point xD Not like that concept doesn't exist in business contracts.
When you enter a collaboration about a certain product or whatever you don't go around and make the exact same deal with two other companies without telling any of 'em xD She should know that much
