I keep having to remind myself which events happened in which series...but only when reading this one. Never have that problem reading Adachi and Shimamura for some reason. And the clue that I'm getting them mixed is usually when I realize, "But Koguma's not that assertive..."

Hino's home life doesn't seem quite as sad/empty, although probably not by much. She does have that one hobby that we know of , the leathercraft stuff. Adachi will quite literally sit in her room and stare at the wall all day if Shimamura isnt free.
I just hope this series will go the "Can't defy the lonely girl" route and not end after the confession. There's plenty of ways to take the embarrassing requests thing further after they've gotten together~

I can't believe I chose a really good time to binge-read this series, just when it looks like there's progress about to happen. Now I'll join you guys as we wait in agony for the next chapters.
I know that the festival and fireworks are kinda an incredibly cliché romantic opportunity, but I think that'd be too obvious. Still, a date's a date and who knows how it's gonna turn out...
