Innocent young people who haven't fall in love yet or feel any romantic attraction toward anyone yet... Not saying they don't know what love is (I mean, they have parents and TV and internet help too) but because they don't feel that way yet they can't associate it.

The term is late bloomer I guess? I'm actually SUPER curious as to how they will handle it in the next chapters, because using common sense you could say "no, I mean in a romantic/sexual way to you" and voila crisis adverted and the only way I can think of is she shying/getting super embarrassed away after the shock and not finding the right moment to do it again... After all, a confession of love is not something you can spam until it gets across, it takes a lot of courage and timing.

I just hope that FOR THE LOVE OF GOD they don't handle it the same way as "We can't draw love" because that's the perfect example of being too stupid to work.

You seem to be missing the point?

This is a typical misunderstanding situation (one girl falls for another girl, confesses, but the other girl doesn't recognize her romantic feelings) Except the script is flipped so that the main character is the one that doesn't get it. The question is going to be how long it takes for the main character to realize that the other girl's feelings are actually romantic.

Given the lack of any Nazi theming, I imagine it's probably just the author being oblivious (as are some people in this thread, it seems...)
