Koguma's eyes in the last panel seemed like this strange mix of affection and love as well as a bit of Yandere to me... but I think they're mainly supposed to be affectionate.
Technically you could argue that Hino also still has that motivation button, but that might be overkill/counter-productive after all. So no panties it is, because that's another reasonable request Koguma naturally follows!

Koguma dressing passed-out Hino might be a x.5 chapter that'll come with a volume release.
