Phrases like "do as you like" are frequently employed by victims of uneven power dynamics because their abuser does not allow them to say "no", but they want it to be known (to themselves if no one else) that they never said "yes". This manga clearly and unambiguous depicts Miya as the victim of two instances of rape on the page, and an unknown number of implied rape incidents off the page. There is no consent here, dubious or otherwise.

This. It's rape and should be tagged accordingly. The whole thing is about hurting someone with a dedicated partner for not being single. It's genuinely vile.
