Haven't read it yet but the chapter title alone is sending me.

After reading it, I'm still pretty happy. The western comm is a lot more mellow, particularly these days (from what I've seen, I hardly interact with it), so it was fun to hear someone be a bit more up-stuck about it in a harmless manner. It was still pretty positive in the end anyway.

I can't wait to hold it in my hands... in two years when the localised version is released here. Looks really nice though. (Man, what if it keeps going and we get a cover with blue pages Mitsuki one day? Just the idea makes me nearly pass out from excitement.)

I have to admit that I didn't care terribly much for the last chapter but this one is so great. Really curious now how she'll resolve it. (I follow a lot of one-person acts on Bandcamp but they mostly do electronic music and Mitsuki has tried that already so...)

The Two of the Art Club has been among my favourites (and At the Bottom of the Water is good too) so I'm glad to see more of these stories.

Happy to see this finally completed. I might need to reread to remember who the fuck all the side characters are but it was a nice ending. The glimpse at them in college was just the cherry on top! And while I expected that Mika might get another mention, I think I prefer her story concluding with that somewhat melancholic panel.

Ooooh! I'm not completely clueless about love like our main character but this went right over my head.

Oh, this chapter was a lot tamer than I expected (What did I expect? No clue...) and pretty sweet and hopeful on the other side. Perhaps Niji is done with her outbursts... for now...? And I keep my fingers crossed that Komugi will continue growing and become happier and more assertive and not spiral the second Meguru makes things hard for her again (this sort of development isn't linear after all).

Up until now, I could still somewhat sympathise with Niji. But with this blackmail plot, she's actively villainous—and not in a fun way.

Damn, I wish she could have just had that one moment; it was such a sweet setup.

Well, it shouldn't be such a surprise because they graduated but I'm still so taken aback and happy that we get to see them like this.
And I love that it's with a callback to the fridge conversation of all things.

Reading this again, albeit in one go, it is shorter (or more fast-paced?) than I remembered. Tazune is also trashier than I remembered. I'm not going to buy for one second that he's changed just because this kid has an okay impression of him and he got her some stuff.
Speaking of the kid, the timeskip was interesting insofar that we didn't get to see the leads. Unusual but pretty neat. Not that I felt the need to see them. Maybe it's just knowing that they end up together but it was hard to care about what happens to them. Momo was kind of bland, even if it was nice to have her voice some things unlike Takara in Pink Candy Kiss, who is just as anxious but holds back far more (not that I mind as Ema's husband is a source of stability, although it means a lot more slow-burn drama). Midori, on the other hand, represents a lot of what I hate about the stereotypical woman in dating. A bit of an idiot with a cute face as mean as it was for those people to say. At least Yuri from Stupid Woman 26:00 gets to create a dynamic with her partner-in-crime that way.
However, I did like Komari. That teenage brashness was still rather endearing and she did put the brakes on the relationship she didn't really want before getting sucked into something more serious. Being a photographer also scored her points with me, I suppose.

On another note, I'm surprised this series doesn't have any sort of tag to indicate that it partly revolves around pregnancy/having a kid.

Ha, I got burnt out during my first year at my first job and I kept thinking how much I would have loved a coworker that was on the same wavelength at that time. I'm no longer attached to that idea but this story made me kind of... nostalgic?
Especially after some absolutely hellish seven days I needed to cram two normal weeks' worth of work into. Impeccable timing really.

And either way, it may be on standby but I can't actually turn off the "yuri mode" in my brain. Could be a side effect of being gay.

Canonically, Homura having this level of faith in Madoka's goodness and thus being completely devoted to doing her part causes a lot of tragedy and strife. Nonetheless, it makes for comedy gold in doujin. (It does make me think how much more fucked up it would get if Madoka weren't, as someone so aptly put it, a dere-dere plushie though. Maybe it'd result in some sort of Oriko–Kirika situation. If I remember that storyline correctly.)

While I don't mind the main couple with their drama, I always find myself going back to the parts with Kasane and Mimei, particularly their high school days. They have a pretty interesting dynamic (and well, my heart is free real estate for alt women).

Black Knight is ending next month. Sometime really can't catch a break.

And honestly, the story already handwaved the whole matter of how constricted they must be as fictional characters so if they don't elaborate on that again, it's whatever really. The whole "instantly beloved by all" thing is fishier but I can't say I haven't seen it in real life on a smaller scale. Perhaps not everyone is completely on board with it even but doesn't want to speak up and thus, it looks like the unanimous consent to Olivia. Although I have to say I like the unhinged theory more.
