I saw all the tags and I was gonna avoid it...but I got curious why the first and last chapter were released on the same day. And reading the comments here made me wanna try the story to see the happy ending. I am glad they got to meet each other at all.

On one hand, shame she had to lose her mother. On the other hand, that her mom's husband had to not even bother to hide what he was up to before she would take a stand... Ah well, a happier ending for our two girls in any case.

It means so much to me to have an unambiguously transgender girl as one of the leads, and to have her treated well by the main character and the narrative while still having her struggles explored. Too much for my ragged trans lesbian heart

I’m pretty sure she died too. She had a wound on her stomach that made it seem like the bastard might have turned the knife on her at one point during the scuffle. After what went down, it’s likely that she would have made another appearance if she had only gone to prison.

I hope its the right syntax: you can see it in chapter 19, page 1. She hits her head on the table and it was bleeding a lot. I guess you can draw your own conclusions, because it isnt shown what happens. My guess is they both died.

Oh, I thought this was gonna be a cool little Memento thing, but I guess posting the last chapter, so people know it ends on a happy note, is one way to make sure people don't get too upset.

Yep, seems like a lose-lose deal. Those who read for the misery porn will be "disappointed" by a good ending, whilst those looking for yuri probably lost hope before the other girl was even introduced.

-1 point because she didn't told her followers she got a cute girlfriend and decided to keep living. Anyways, glad they can finally find some peace and happiness on their lifes, NGL I thought it was going to end really bad just from the artstyle...

This was a surprisingly happy read and it's so nice to see a trans girl be a lead while dealing with her the whole nine yards of transphobia.

Yeah I'm pretty sure anything trans positive would be a welcome addition to the reader, whether it ends up being yuri or not.
