As far as I can tell the raws haven't updated since April which is a huge bummer cause this was a huge chapter.

I think the author said they got covid last month, so maybe that's why there's no update for a while

About the 40 kg. I did the math with a BMI of 19, which seems to be the minimum. Below that you are underweight. And this is already quite thin.

I calculated 1,45 m, which is 4.76 feet.

Looking at the picture on page 11, where she is almost one head smaller and considering she is Japanese, this height might be possible.

In general this fomula might give you some help, you also have to consider muscle mass etc. If you visit the gym, then you will have to calcuate this in. The BMI might say you are already overweight, but because you have 5 kg more muscles than someone your same bodystructure and height, you cant use this formula anymore.

Just use a mirror then. :D

Well, you can say that them breaking up was a springboard for the singer.

Her music became more and more "emo".

So you can interpret this as a mirror of your mind and soul. Of yourse it doesnt apply to most of these kind of artits of "emotional music", but as someone born in the 80s I can think of many people taking the last resort. In this would happened here, Akane would have been the main reason for this.

Meaning she handled it wrong and it could have backfired. Imo you should clearly state, what youre thinking, present your side of of view and so on, so that you can find a solution togehter, even if it would be a break up because of this, but in this case the reasons were clear.

I dont know ANYONE, who married through an arranged or "gold digger/reputation" marriage, so I just cant relate to it, why you should do it. Whats the percentage in Japan for "no love" marriages btw?

Actually its a concept of a super frightening world, where your even existence is determined by the popularity of the outer world, speaking the author and the audience, which are basically a coexistence of a god, that can even fade out your concience. Whats more, they seem to be aware of this concept, but have little instruments to go against it. Here one of the only ways of self-determination was to "have a friend a scene", though I wonder if she would have done it, if she wouldnt be placed #1 right now.

Not possible in my country I think. I dunno, if you have a decease going on for several years, but if you just have to repeat a class, because your grades were too bad, you get kicked out after some years, gg no re. From 11+th class its actually just one year fail tolerance, so its highly unlikely to have a 21+ years old class mate. The only way to get your High School degree is to visit a special "evening school", where other 20+ adults gather to get their degree.

@Yuri or not (chapter 49): Well seeing the author's other works it is a possibility, but at this moment the 2 just seem to be concious of each other, but sexual attraction is never firmly pronounced.

Whatever the outcome ("older sister" vs girlfriend), Id like to go it the Yuri route, because it would be interesting to see, if Shino would be just a replacement for Nozomi's former love, who undoubtly was a guy, independent new love or a mix of both of them. :) I cant remember ever having read such a plot. Falling in love with the younger brother in law of the deceased husband (older brother), yes, seen that, but not this kind.

Oh man... why serialize this one? Would be pretty shitty if it ends like the oneshot. The only wayit would be worthwile to produce this, is to introduce other characters on the run, that get developed and these two may fall in love with OR they actually have the same route, BUT realize they love each other after all and get back together. Imo the oneshot didnt justfeel like friends with benefits, well who knows.
