I have to admit that I admire the yuri mangaka community for continually scaling new heights in the depiction of useless idiot lesbian couples. These two are basically married but don’t know/won’t admit it.

...is kinda what I expect to see, at this point.

I wonder if the author is a genius and knows they're writing a comedy despite every character taking every situation seriously, or if it's just a happy little accident that the absurdity is so funny.

Man I hate this manga, but I can't stop reading it. It is completely nonsensical rubbish with characters that do not act remotely like any real human being ever would, but boy is it funny on accident.

"She took me to a hotel and is making out with me while we're both in underwear, if only I knew what she wanted! She makes her intentions so vague!"

I love this piece of hot garbage. It belongs in a museum.

This has to be intentional at this point, the author HAS to know this is a comedy.

Hmm Shuukura's characters are a bit less obvious (so far) than the others, but yeah, we do like 'em dumb I guess.

Wakaba and Komaki are so very high up on the tier list of uselesbians, it's almost incredible.

I love this manga a lot.
Of course first you have to throw realism out the window, but that's the point of a story, it doesn't need to be like the real world.
That said what it really does well is get the complex feelings of the main characters across, it makes them feel alive.

Especially Komaki, her fear of one day being abandoned by Wakaba, while she desperately tries to hold on and leave as much of herself behind as she can, to not be forgotten in the future when Wakaba will eventually have another boyfriend (in her mind at least).
Like the scene where she hugs Wakaba and calls her name, even though she is right there, I do the same and I could never really say why, but seeing Komaki helped me understand my own feelings better as well.
And I just love a good Yuri manga that shows a lot of the characters feelings by using the story itself, without having to rely on words.

But I myself would like to dogpile on this manga just like the others before. This manga is so dumb that it circles back to being adorable. Just like small puppies or kittens doing dumb things are cute. Godbless the mangaka/LN author.

I, for one, enjoy that these two are each too proud to reckon with how they're hurting themselves through all of this

I admire that the author has not once winked at the camera. They are deeply committed to the bit, the characters are dead serious, and that makes it so fucking funny

This manga is so surreal to me. I feel like I’ve been experiencing a time loop. I’ve been reading the same chapter over and over again. Will anything ever happen in this slop or will we continue to spiral onwards until they are 60 years old with grandchildren?

This comment is very funny to me. "They are basically married" is the type of obvious exaggeration people like to post on social media, but it wouldn't qualify as an exaggeration after their engagement and honeymoon this chapter.

I feel like we are likely getting near the end, though I'm on board if the author can find a way to take this further.

This would explain the unresolved Matsuri plotline, but I can't even think of where the author is going with this, considering everthing.

This story can be summarized as: I hate you.... Kiss me more.

I love that basically all of us are like, I hate this, keep going.
We're just like Wakaba.
Like some others, I can't help but wonder if the writer did this on purpose at all? It's so hard to tell. Is it stupid on purpose, or just stupid? Whatever it is, it's got us all hooked.

This manga deserves the Idiot Couple tag I think.

I just can't fathom what's Wakaba's thought process.

Or maybe it's just bad writing.

I think matsuri is just trying to be a good friend to waka . Its kinda cute .
