It's already been done. I'm sure it'll be uploaded here in a bit.

It still feels like Yuzu is creating an artificial crisis for herself here, to me at least. I guess I'd understand it more if it was all still an obvious stand-in for her own insecurities about Mei getting too close with Arata, but it's somehow gone beyond that now and she truly wants to save the other academy. I don't really get why she should care that much about it. I guess Yuzu is just this kindhearted a person and it's in her nature to help.

I’m definitely on the side for letting all affected parties know as soon as possible since it gives them time to sort their feelings about the thing before it happens.

I don’t doubt that Mei cares about other people, but her limited empathy and completely incurious nature regarding other people’s feelings are still tough to see with the chapter releases being so scant.

Yuzu is definitely overthinking here, I don't know why she's assuming Akamine Academy will get wiped when everything so far points to merely becoming either the male branch of Aihara or that both academies will fuse into a bigger mixed academy. She even comes off as slightly condescending towards Arata by assuming he is being kept out of the loop despite the negotiations having gone on for a while. At least is nice that Sabu didn't take the easy way and use Arata for more romantic misunderstandings.

I'm more curious about what is going on with Harumin, is she having second thoughts about going to college or is she planning to go to a different college than Yuzu (Overboard maybe?) Also, her grandma is pretty cool, the best adult in the series since Ume.

I think it's more like she knows he's being kept out of the loop, since he basically said as much in the last chapter when they met up. Plus, his language and attitude didn't seem to indicate that he was aware his school was getting bought out. I think Yuzu's "Oh..." in response to Mei saying "If his father has been keeping him informed" is Yuzu realizing, oh, he said his father hasn't been keeping him informed, so he probably doesn't know. Still, that chapter was several months ago for us, so a flashback panel or something might've been nice, haha.

That big break in between definitely gave us one of the cleanest looking chapters in a while. I felt like it was a waste of pages to have the convo about the issue twice though. It made this chapter feel kinda repetitive to read even if it was realistic to have. I hope the Arata arc ends soon. I know it mostly feels like it's been going on forever because of the long months between updates, but I'm ready to move onto the next topic, especially if it's gonna focus on Harumin again next. Maybe Saburouta will finally bless us with some more HaruMatsu (I doubt sigh).

Buff. These are my adjectives of how the saboruota story is going. Soporific, repetitive, slow, without romance, not funny, not spicy at all, it's like living a deja vu. I know my comment is not going to be liked but it's my personal opinion. Little to comment on this chapter, +25 pages of our beloved yuzu (the queen of drama and stress) to put her head in order, thanks to harumin's grandmother (oscar for the grandmother) and on the other hand to our beloved harumin (the queen of mystery and few words) who for some reason we don't know, when yuzu asks her if she has something in mind, she answers no. I've read a theory somewhere that says it may be that harumin has decided to go study abroad and doesn't want to tell yuzu so that "she doesn't have a heart attack" hahaha. As I said, personal opinion. Little matsuri, missing characters, mei in Olaf version etc...

It wasn't an exciting chapter, but it felt more substantial than another round of "Yuzu and Mei have no actual chemistry".

After Yuzu and Mei, the two main characters are Harumin and Matsuri. We have been talking about everything about Harumin's future since vol 4 and in vol5 it was already confirmed that she had chosen his future. it We know how readers? No, because instead of continuing with Harumin's arc in vol 6, she disappears from the scene and introduces us to the whole topic of Arata and his academy. Will close the harumin arc in This volume? Who knows, I think it wouldn't be so serious if Harumin didn't go to university or if she didn't go to the same university as Yuzu. Funny enough, Yuzu has never asked Harumin about his plans Of the future. And as far as matsuri is concerned, she is a character who appears less and less every day. The future will say

Well, Granny has an interesting character design, so that’s kind of new.

I’m guessing Mei’s “That doesn’t have anything to do with you” statement isn’t supposed to come off as quite so much as “That’s none of your business/don’t worry your pretty little empty head about it” as it might appear at first glance. But it’s certainly yet another instance of Mei fending off Yuzu and keeping her at arm’s length.

Can someone please explain Yuzu’s popsicle analogy to me? Beyond “Sometimes there’s nothing you can do,” I guess.

I’m trying to find a way to not think of this as the stupidest and most boring chapter yet.

I didn't dislike the chapter, but the popsicle analogy was indeed stupid.

Monkey's paw curls. The next 5 chapters are now about this grandma's secret nightlife where she attends events such as lesbian orgies

citrus is being counted as a whole because the other series on the list also include spinoffs and LN versions to give them a little push to their numbers. Plus citrus is what in comic book industry is called an "evergreen title", a series that is never out of print because it consistently sells no matter how long it has been since its release. If you've seen pics of the yuri section of Japanese manga stores you'll notice that aside from the series they are currently pushing, citrus volumes (regular and plus) are always in the background.

citrus plus was also the first yuri series (to my knowledge at least) to have a world wide simultaneous release.

Seeing here the Brazilian flag (my country being represented, what a surprise!) in this illustration by Saburouta about the global premiere of the TV anime, I shouldn't argue why "Citrus" is still the most popular yuri title in recent times. It's already successful, now all that's left is to conclude this spin-off. The publication cannot stop at the side of the road like this.

I understand your concerns about the author's current state and the delay in releasing new chapters, but let's trust the sources so you don't lose your mind.

It was for the rebroadcast but also Citrus+ released simultaneously worldwide, which is/was a big deal.

That still sounds way more interesting than this mess.
