You can insult me online or beat me up in a public square, but I'm a fan of the series despite the story not being well-developed (that's a FACT, I must admit ⊙⁠﹏⁠⊙). Even so, it's absurd to have reached almost 50 volumes with over 15 million sales worldwide, 5 anime seasons (the 6th season is already confirmed and in production), and so much merchanding and collaborations - the most notable is the collab with the Spa Resort Hawaiians in Fukushima, the location where the "Girlfriend and Paradise" arc took place (both in the manga and anime).

It has somehow become Kodansha's "golden goose".

this may not be filler but its not advancing the plot at all. just little offshoots in my opinion.

I think this is the kind of series where the characters and their dynamics, along with their varied adventures, are the general heart of it as it builds up various things including character bonds and their powers. Which is very magical girl, and it's part of what makes the series so memorable in my opinion.

Another enjoyable silly chapter (semi-pesudo battle style comedy action chapter filler lol/ relationship building and interaction part of the filler chapter).

Ugh... And I thought that after recovering his health the author would tone down the explicit content of the manga a bit, but it seems I was wrong.

I hate how he overuses fanservice for cheap entertainment. It's so ridiculous, pointless, and disgusting. It's no wonder that a portion of the audience hated the series when the anime adaptation came out.

It will be a talk-show style public recording inspired by the radio program they hosted on OBC FM in Osaka and the HiBiKi Agency's streaming service at the time. The event is scheduled for April 19th (Sun) and will take place in the Hall of the Science of Kitanomaru 2 Park in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Tickets are now on sale at the Pony Canyon website.

I knew it. It wasn't quite what they expected from a direct manga adaptation. I bet the “explicit scenes” kind of serve as a way to overshadow the comedy of the series itself. And unfortunately, those who watched took the bait. (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•⁠;⁠) What a shame.

I know it's not easy to create an adult series from scratch when it's a manga published in a yuri-themed magazine. It's not because the genre is currently stagnant ("Watanare!" even though it's a yuri romantic comedy with less suggestive content was very successful), perhaps it's the audience's preference for stories that address hetero relationships in any niche of rom-coms, isekai, and even hentai. And to make matters worse, the studio currently producing the anime is Deregula, the same creators that produced "Yandere Dark Elf" and similar shows, so this is nothing new.

(I'm not here to discredit the work, nor the fans in general, just offering a general overview based on my own doubts. Please reconsider this in moderation.)

I know there will be a second season of the anime in production, but since the author announced his hiatus due to health issues, it's been a long time. Did something serious happen to him? I'm worried, because maybe he may have discovered that he didn't expect his series to be so successful here in the West, despite its controversial content.

I didn't want to take this subject negatively, I want to know more information about it.
