I wouldn't say that Nanase has done the least wrong. I think she does have a bit of a mean streak, especially after their relationship becomes more open following Yuni's initial denial of Fuuko. You see it first when she bruises Yuni's wrist pulling her out of the rain, there's little you can do to convince me after the latest chapter that the she didn't do that on purpose. To what end though, I wonder? It's not entirely misguided, given that Yuni cheated on her. We see it boiling over now but she's seething inside. Yet she didn't take the opportunity to take it out on Fuuko despite Fuuko's insistence.

Is it because striking Fuuko would make her look bad? Taking out her frustrations so directly in front of the girl who claims to love her? So instead of taking it out openly on the seducer, she stages these accidental injuries, both so far conveniently when Yuni's mind is on Fuuko and she's paying less attention.

And Fuuko caught on after the track stunt, but it will hardly be the end of it, will it? If Yuni's eyes aren't on Nanase, she'll be sure to pay for it it seems.

Nanase's definitely going down a dark path and the only thing that can save her at this point is a break up with Yuni. This is a goal both Yuki and Fuuko are actively pushing for, but Fuuko's much less annoying about it, so that's why she's the best :P

I’m glad I’m finally able to catch up! I read a bit of Chapter 16 by accident a long time ago, so I knew about the whole finding out thing, but I’ve been waiting to see how that happened since then. I don’t want to sound ungrateful though. I didn’t want to deal with MTL bullshit, so thank you to the scanlators for translating this. I just checked MangaDex now, and it’s great you were able to make the MTL folks apparently stop translating this. Thank you for the great translation (I think the scanlators are here, but I’d feel a bit silly if they’re not)!

Also, MangaDex says this is award-winning and I had no idea. I’m surprised, but it’s well-deserved since this is actually very well-written. What did it win?

Anyway, I was not expecting them to actually get back together, and I was definitely not expecting Fuuko’s mama thing. I didn’t like Fuuko much before although I guess I kind of felt bad for her cause she was sad over her crush… but now, I really feel bad for her. And yeah, I thought Yuni was very selfish but her behavior was kinda justified since Nanase was a bad girlfriend that was neglecting her. Now, she’s taking Fuuko’s place as the worst person in this series by far.

In my opinion, Fuuko’s still the 2nd worst even though she’s pretty pitiful, Nanase’s the 3rd worst, and Yuki’s just amazing. I feel bad for her now that both Yuni and her best friend are mistreating her, but it seems the author’s hinting that she’ll be with Nanase in the end. That’s definitely the ideal situation, and then I guess Yuni and Fuuko are more fitting for each other and will probably be happier as a couple than Yuni and Nanase would be.

Ok, so for the first several cherry panels the cherries are just copypasted, so they never increase or decrease even as the stems/seeds increase. But then they're shown from too far away to copypaste, and there's suddenly a lot more of them. Scary stuff!

Finally the chapters are up to date thanks uploader for effort. I think the story is still very interesting so far so I can't wait to see what happens now. This is like the most interesting manga on dynasty now that is not an isekai type.

Thanks! If they ever do make an anime which I guess is unlikely, I think that kind of art style would be unique. I’m sure it’s just a PV kind of thing though I haven’t watched many of them. I see there’s a Contract Sisters video too, so that seems interesting.

As for the award, I think I remember that now. I don’t remember if I voted for Snow Thaw, Convenient Semi-Friend, or this though or if I used a Japanese or English account. It’s too bad they weren’t able to get into the Top 20, but I guess that’s to be expected and at least this manga got something.

that's the beauty of it. it's a total trainwreck

but yeah this is good drama. Everyone sucks for different reasons. Some not their faults, others absolutely their fault. It's also really a good discussion on the difference between physically and emotionally cheating and essentially playing into the shittiest parts of each other because everyone here is basically a self-centered ass deep down. Just only one has the traumatic af backstory to get a pass.
