I love this type of girl meets girl stories. This trope gets me everytime.

I think it's focus is just going to be about more than their getting together.

Being so physically affectionate and flirty then having an almost-confession in chapter 2 makes me think this won't be a slowburn. Considering that the story is called "A Love Yet To Bloom" it would make sense for the story to only last long enough for said love to bloom.

I've been unsatisfied with all the complex plot/story gl manga lately, this one is just the right amount of fluff to cure my hunger. Hopefully the angst is minimal (although in the foreseeable future, I predict that there will be something regarding Takamine's old friend(?) who goes to the same school as Sakura)

I needed more fluffy yuri after the finale of Hino-San, and while its not the same it is scratching that itch at least a little bit.

I am absolutely and completely head over heels for those two and their chemistry, and we're only two chapters in. This chapter felt so warm and affectionate and endearing, I was melting throughout it, and pages 17 onwards had me squeeing internally. I can't really explain it, but something about this author's work evokes such uniquely intense emotions in me, and I'm loving every minute. Or, to put it differently...

If it somehow manages to be a slow burn while keeping the warm and affectionate vibe chapter 2 had, I will gladly welcome it.

I might be biased, but there needs to be 100,000x more stories like this.

Some fanfiction writers set a transparent short/medium chapter goal. It would be good to see more manga creators doing this, IMHO.

I think this deserves to be a slowburn. There's a lot of room for intimacy without attaching a label to it. A label that might make them feel awkward and uncomfortable until it's resolved one way or another. Although I do hope that we reach that moment here and that it gets resolved in the best way possible. Which is them having a hot book session in the library.

And while there's a lot to be said about how sweet and fluffy this is, I can't help but feel a bit anxious about how the story is going. This really is a bubble that could easily burst. All they have is a train ride home. This, of course, could be easily fixed if they just exchanged phone numbers (Unless they did but I really don't remember them doing so). Which isn't a bad thing.

I'm calling it now, this series will end when they just start realizing their felling for each others.

Them going at their own pace feels quite fitting and natural for these characters, I don't mind it being a slow burn at all. I just love how the author is showing their burgeoning relationship with those little moments where they touch, get physically close, etc. It's how most romance actually starts IRL, it's not all love at first sight and burning obsession from the get-go.
