This struck a right cord in the girls being awkward while expressing love trope thing for me. It feels like this is just the right level of fuss and communication and trust between partners that it's endearing to see. I guess that's why it's a featured chapter. I have been reading so much drama to the point that it's starting to feel overly artificial for me.

I would really like to find similar dynamics of healthy relationships, as I struggle to find the manga and novels (light and genre fiction) i like. I'll just shamelessly ask for reccomendations from future reader here.

The doujin made me realise that Idon't remember how things went even though I binged the WN 2 years ago...

I like how this played into the struggle they should have had in the anime and explored it a bit, even though I guess the resolution is also not found here.
Though yeah I haven't read the WN but I think in the end they just side step the issue by having 2 immortals (I mean, not spoiler at all since I also haven't read it), which would be kind of lazy? But like it's a HE so who am I to complain?

Absolute godly translation work. The level of insight from those extra pages are insane.

A really nice thing about this manga is how well it gets the teenage experience.

Like I kid you not, fear of being known as someone younger, fear of offending someone with something we wrote down, all the little things that we tend to get used as "more grown up" people (not mentioning how many conditions can make these real again). All of these are so good to read, the small fears and joy means everything to her, and we as readers can feel that. How the heck was this so well done in just 5 chapters.
Maybe I'm the only one who think this is like well done because it was literally me before??? Nah judging from other people I guess they also get it.

Anyhow, great manga even though I've only read 5 chapters. 10/10 hope this will turn into some classic yuri.

It's a tragic tale of growing up, leaving behind everything, even the joy of living sometimes. Yet these stories are beautiful in a way, I think that's because we all feel that same longing for the past, and for a what if future that is better, unlike the bleak present filled with dread.
I love Japanese's Mono no Aware and I think this might fit into the concept. However, to always remember the beauty of the past means neglecting the joy of living in the moment and the wonder that tomorrow can bring.
