The fact that Tsukushi can see Hinoka making that kind of face towards her and still think she'll get rejected should net her some sort of trophy as the world's most useless lesbian, it is honestly impressive.

I also get the sense that once they eventually figure things out, they'll be obnoxiously flirty

A useful lesbian got me my first and last gf, it's been 9 years now and several years of crushing on this then taken campus girl crush who coincidentally followed my inactive IG on NY Day 2021 after her being a few years single from a long term lesbian relationship; and who's been checking out 99% of my IG stories posted sparingly for her 'cause we don't really talk online nor did we ever had a convo IRL, just her saying hi or goodbye insert name back then so I'm not sure if it's mutual.

They're going out to buy swimsuits for the double date the last three or so chapters have set up.

Hinoka and Tsukushi are supposed to go out to shop for swimsuits. Hinoka bumped into Tsukushi's mom, so she came up early, Tsukushi heard the talking and came out. Serina wants to tease her sister, so she's acting chummy with Hinoka and suggested that because Tsukushi came out late, Hinoka is hanging out with Serina instead. But Tsukushi isn't late, Hinoka is early. Hence Tsukushi caught on that she was being teased.

Hinoka is bringing her A-game. Will it be enough to get through Tsukushi's uselessness this time? Stay tuned to find out! (But probably not.)
