The phrase is "kimashitawa!" directly meaning "it's here!" often said by people when their favorite ships interacts in a more-than-friends way. Notice the end of that phrase contains the word "tawa" hence "tower". I'm guessing the original line had a "tower" pun after the "kimashita" part (as that's the whole word, "wa" is the added part) that made much more sense in Japanese.

Though not often the most convenient, the Recently Added tab shows that, so you could theoretically double-check the current date(s) there if you feel you've missed something.

I do what she does - get ebooks or web copies either translated or not but buy tankobon to support the artists. My kanji (and my eyes) are not good enough to read what for my taste is rather tiny japanese. Failing that I scan my tankobon pages and blow them up on my computer to read.

I get less "triangle risk" and more "father of the bride" vibes from the editor.
