Man I wish this site showed "Uploaded date" as well. Bulk uploads ALWAYS make me go "HOW DID I MISS ALL THIS?!" until I check the comments.
I dont get the author note in chapter 5- why is 'tower' used online in japan as slang in yuri moments?
The phrase is "kimashitawa!" directly meaning "it's here!" often said by people when their favorite ships interacts in a more-than-friends way. Notice the end of that phrase contains the word "tawa" hence "tower". I'm guessing the original line had a "tower" pun after the "kimashita" part (as that's the whole word, "wa" is the added part) that made much more sense in Japanese.
As someone who's too lazy to minmax Artifacts (because holy shit fuck artifact rng), I always stick these two together for easy Vaporize. After this whenever Barbara tags out for Walnut, this is how I imagine it would happen.
I'm glad author never did go the "dark yuri route" he mentioned, because he has a knack for comedy! This series is freaking hilarious. Also Takuya is maybe the best male character in a yuri series I've ever read, tied with the shota kid in that comic about him helping his sister getting a girlfriend.
I'm sad its over though but I guess this is a good thing since anything else would've dragged the plot and diverted from the actual point of the series, which is getting to see Yuka and Mihoko get together.
Buying a gift for your kouhai (who's on a dangerous solo mission) while you're on a date
Boy if that isn't the biggest death flag I've ever seen. I'm not a fan of Momo but I don't want to see her dead. Hopefully I'm just over analyzing this and she sticks around for more jealousy shenanigans.
I'm only familiar with the anime but this does seem very in character at least on Otae's airheaded-ness (thinking that her heart skipped a beat was cause a ghost punched her chest for example). Even though I'm more of a KasuAri fan, I really like this
They're sooo gonna get curbstomped, I mean 5 named characters vs 1 powered up form thats already a couple of chapters old? (that's practically mob-tier already in today's toku).
I'm guessing Moe's gonna realize she's on the bad side when they do, and then try to help, causing her mothers to question their allegiance? Even though it's a guess-able plot twist/trope, I can't say I'm not intrigued.
Nekketsu Shonen genre is built on making your enemies your nakama, and when that potential nakama is a science baby with two moms? HELL YEA
Landlord's daughter just made me realize that since Nakano doesn't care anymore, this series essentially became "There's Weird Voices Coming from the Room Upstairs!" for the people living on the lower level
I may not understand if there are romantic undertones to all their "salamander/frog" talks (imo it doesnt really matter if it ends on friendship anyways), but I know I really love their relationship at this point where they're openly admitting their loneliness and how they see each other. It really is a shame that they have to be apart so soon after they've achieved this soulmate level of mutual understanding.
I used to love the Nasuverse because it actually has a lot of interesting concepts built into the lore (heroic spirits, vampires and immortals), but after FGO and their incessant need to kill off the female MC's to prop up the male MC I've lost interest so hard, you could even say I hate it now.
I mean, why even have selectable MC's when you're just gonna definitively declare that the male one is canon anyways? (yes for the money I know, but I still hate it nonetheless)
