That pose on the pic 9 looks like she is spooning with another person whose leg is visible only. And the hair on pic 13 is strange (like a part of a head of other woman).
Maybe it was censored in 1814, what painting was showing, really (two naked women spooning)...That's my shot.
If I'm right, the truth is hidden behind the layers of colors.
Update:
I checked the painter, and he obviously does not have any issues about anatomy in his other work, so I guess there's really something fishy about "Grande Odalisque", and it could have been modified from the original idea.
