Yeah the story is interesting but i consider the setup a bit lacking because no way wouldnt she wish for her friend to get her body back and stay with her. Even if they wording was off the goddess should have known what she really meant and gave her that, unless she was cruel.

There was no indication that “Lappi” was originally a regular human that lost her physical body, and it’s not far fetched to think that there may have been taboos around making humans out of anything, even for a goddess.

It was wierd, cute, and sweet. However it wasn't "wholesome". I wish people would stop putting Wholesome on stories with sex in them. My 9yr old niece is intersted in yuri manga. I was thinking I could let her read stories with Wholesome, but that will clearly not work out.

Also, if a story is wholesome, there being sex in it is irrelevant to that. You said yourself the manga was cute and sweet, and for most people that makes it wholesome.

I did not go into this thinking I'd be bawling my eyes out over a sentient plush wanting a body so she can be a better partner. I hope true love finds a way for them.

Sex does not disqualify something from being wholesome, ya prude. Just do the smart thing and actually confirm the content of whatever you're recommending to a child in the first place.
