I think he knew that- and was just commenting on the concept - that they hadnt heard of summer fling- that they had considered it - not specifically if these 2 did or didnt do it. And that it was a sad idea - and if they hadnt in this case both been really in love and changed plans to stay together- would it have been better even if it seemed sad?

i can certainly see why if you had a fairly casual relationship that wasnt that old, and it overlapped a major upheaval such as both going to college and having had plans for different places- it would be easier and simpler to not try to drag it out with long distance.

But that is only if it really was a fairly shallow thing and are not both in love. Obviously I think, when love is involved, its worth trying your best to get both things you want, even if it means altering some plans.

I believe that there's room for different flavors of yuri in the yuri fandom, and that's fine. If I want something more sweet and subdued, I'll read something like Kase-san or one of Nakatani's touhou doujins. And if I just want to see two horny lesbians really going at it, I'll read something from Ayanero Taicho or Mira, and I think that's okay.
