Anyway, I have an interest in this series now. Seems it'll deal with the thing that bothers me the most in school-themed stories, in which more often than not the characters are really treated as just going through a phase, rather than actually being gay.

This doesn't mean anything. Kuzushiro's Renai Kowai was also promoted in Yuri Hime. And that was not a yuri manga. And some BL series from Gateau are also promoted in Yuri Hime.

Everything else aside, I hate this narrative method of skipping into the future and then going back and tell the tale from there. Rarely it's cleverly done and interesting; most of the time it's just "great, now I've got to slog through the story until we reach that point of the plot again since everything until then is kinda spoiled now..."

I think there was even a one-shot story with similar thing. Adult girls in bar or something talking about their lesbian school past and how they went separate ways. And after a while when there was school meeting or sth like that they went full yuri at the end :v

I won't definitely give a chance...for an author that create a Harem Manga like Murasame Kun, I don't have any expectations for this, for me, the "Yuri" tag must be removed until is totally confirm that it is "Yuri", even the author was the person who manage the Yuri Hime's cover, for someone who did a Harem Manga like Murasame Kun, for me, the Yuri tag isn't must be there

Agreed! Like, there is another chapter that the team is translating, but it doesn't clear up anything from the look of the raws (I mean, maybe being able to read japanese would help), but I'd still give the manga a try!

Even if Hazuki Takeoka has some weird rep with masamune-kun's revenge (which I'm kind of disappointed that it'll end up being a harem since I started reading it), I want to have faith in the fact that Fly has done much yuri work.

It also looks like the story narrative is going to be as if this is all a big flashback! So idk! Maybe they'll get together in the future. I think people should put aside their set prejudices and give it a chance. If it's not what they thought, well, no one but Takeoka knows where this story is going LMAO. So we're all going in blind.

But that's another thing, like how we don't know if Bloom Into you would end with yuri ending even though is almost certain... I just think is not fair to take one vague statement of the author and said "that confirms het ending for sure!" ... Now, if there were a guy in their group, I would abandon this ship asap

I've read the raws, the kiss, it's not even a consent kiss; also short haired girl shows disgust after[1]. I'd say that it'll be a one-sided yuri with no het but not so happy ending. Well, let's just wait for the story to conclude. All in all, this series is definitely not something you should get your hopes up for its yuri. It has soo many red-flags to contemplate for it to be actually good. Pls save Fly.
