I think a chapter ending for each girl and a harem route at the end would be great. Easy extra 20 chapters.

Between finally running into Mai, getting Sayaka's personal number, and Serina quitting for her, Asumi's well on her way to conquering the entire branch! Lesbian brothels are interested in Asumi-chan, indeed...

Disappointing that this arc turns into a "every girl falls for Asumi". It was fun when Asumi's simply having sex and good times with them, but now instead it's looking more and more like a generic harem.

Serina downgraded from sex worker to dumb love interest throwing things away to be closer to the protagonist. At least others like Sayaka do remain their own person, even though the "Asumi's special" angle is still problematic.

I should have seen the writing on the wall with Nao, but I thought it was a one-time thing introducing a bit of tension with Mai. Didn't expect others the follow the same path.

Well that's okay not everyone will love the current direction. Personally I really love the current events and progression for a variety of reasons.

I dunno, feels like you're the one who wants a boring story here. What purpose is there in Asumi only ever paying for sex with the girls? I want to see them get closer in a more intimate way.
Serina not being a sex worker any more doesn't mean she can't have sex with other people as she wants. She just removed a barrier to being able to see Asumi properly, since seeing your clients outside of work is a no-no. "Sex worker" isn't really a personality, so I don't understand your insistence that it somehow makes them their "own person" by working there.

Serina doesn't and seemingly hasn't cared much about this job for a long time.

3-4 years ago, she advised Ouka to quit working as a hooker and start a relationship with the client who developed feelings for her.

Which is what she seems to be going for now.

She seems to be uninterested in mingling with her fellow hookers, Mai has worked there for 3-4 years and they never talked, implying that she doesn't go out for drinks with them and they likely would've talked by now, if she were friends with either Sayaka or Jun.

As we've now learned, Serina doesn't mingle with her office coworkers either. Unusual, considering how common Izakaya culture (i.e. getting drinks with your coworkers after work, often basically mandatory) is.

I would assume that she joined the brothel hoping to meet someone she loves, without having to be the one engaging with others. There is more to my reading of her charcter, but that's beyond the scope of this reply.
