God I love this chapter so much. The art is sooo pretty and I love how the author draws them as kids. I just wanna squeeze youzis lil cheeks and give caicai a big hug and pat on the head. Im shipping them together so hard rn. "I met the sun," might as well have been an internal proposal at this point.

I'll be honest, I wasn't really shipping Youzi and Caicai til now. You'd never know Caicai was this miserable in the past with how she is in the present, but her Pomelo in gleaming hoodie no doubt played a substantial role in improving things. And speaking of pomelos, might well be the reason Youzi's contact in Caicai's phone has a big round orange emoji is less to do with her name and more to do with the sun she saw that day.

I did, yes. We only get to see the pronunciations, not the written characters, so I sometimes mistake the two.

Began reading this series this morning, and now I'm all caught up. (Goodbye daylight. I missed you.) Started out feeling kind of one-dimensional, but ended up quite rewarding.

One thing I noticed in the Things You May Have Missed chapter, it says there is no mole on her dad's left side, but we never see his left side. Since it's a reflection, that's actually his right side shown in her eye.
