Minami went for a kiss twice in 24 hours, said "I want you" and Yuzu still thinks it's "impossible". You really have to do some insane olympic level mental gymnastics to come to that conclusion.

There are so many will-they/won't-they stories on the site but so many of them get things wrong by taking the concept seriously, as drama. They can be infuriating to read because the stakes never escalate or change, and thus quickly become exhausting. This series understands the concept is fundamentally a comedic one and is all the richer for it.

this used to happen every week back when ayaka is in love with hiroko was being uploaded here lol. but seriously this is just stupid and makes no sense, she's going for a kiss and you stop her? you can be shocked I grant you that, but saying "don't make me wish for the impossible" like, what do you think is your "friend's" intention, how stupid can you be? she'll kiss you and say I want you with her face blushing like it's some kinda sport? i hate when mangas pull these impossible shenanigans just to stretch the plot even longer, I was happy with this one, a lot, it made sense, the misunderstandings, nothing was clear, even the previous "kiss" situation I understood yuzu, but this once minami clearly fucking said I WANT YOU and WENT IN FOR A KISS, WHAT IS THERE TO MISSUNDERSTAND? baffling really

It's super exaggerated and dramatic but the inability to accept that someone might actually like you romantically is totally plausible. It's no doubt way more frustrating for regular readers though, rather than binge-reading a few chapters at a time. I stopped following this one after we got the first Yuzu-POV chapter, and reading the last 4-5 in one go has been a benefit for the drawn-out pacing drama since I haven't been waiting on more of the same schtick every couple months.

I’m starting to believe Yuzu is secretly a sociopath that loves teasing Manami endlessly, having her chase a possible romance that Yuzu will never let her catch. Pretty crazy

This really is the opposite from yasaka shuu's previous series lmao. While mc in previous one take only a couple of chapters to get together, like, so fast and straightforward, this one right here really takeeee foreverrrrr with so many failed attempt sighhhh

This is painful and sad and better turn quick! I do wish more yuri wasn't centered around the climax of a love story being them starting dating, and then we only get 1 chaoter of resolution and it's over. I want more of these characters and it would be beautiful to see them actually in a relationship, or double dating with friends! Resolving all their insecurities!
