It's obvious VP did all the stuff so efficiently to make the rest of the council quit so she could be alone with Prez.

Japanese people seem deathly afraid of colds, the concept of catching them is a incredibly stressful thing to worry about with how much they bring it up, especially in situations where you’d likely never catch a cold.

Lighter cases come across as a particularly bad flu with the usual respiratory issues and lethargy, but especially bad cases are practically coma adjacent, or include delirium, ataxia, and hallucinations.[1] If I was at risk of that by just not drying my hair properly, I'd be concerned too!

As for the story, yeah VP did everyone else's work so they'd quit and she could have all of Prez's attention, like a G-rated yandere.
