Yuni certainly hasn't done anything worth "suffering," her crime's about on the same level as "trolling the comment thread of a manga you're not reading because you hate the theme", I'd say.

If you're reading a lot of different manga in parallel it can be easy to mix up names, I think. And when one person in the thread is confidently wrong, other people will start copying them assuming that person remembered correctly lol

Makes sense. I'm pretty sure I read a long analysis comment on Mangadex where she was called "Natsume" over and over again. I thought about saying something but it felt a bit rude to reply to such a high effort comment with "It's Nanase" :P

Edit: Fuuko was called "Taki" and Yuni "Asahina" in the most recent chapter, but I don't know when the last time Nanase was referred to by her surname.

Much less a name that's never used by characters in the manga. That's pretty much on the level of trivia.

The English spelling of her surname being so similar to the given name that the characters exclusively use to address her made me think the poster was just getting the name wrong since that's something I could easily do.
It seems both Gabinomicom and I both thought this was what was going on with the poster referring to her as "Natsume".

Really sucks to be Yuki. Saw Yuni kissing Fuuko before and knows she is cheating, probably has some unrequited feelings for Nanase, and when she finally tries to hint at the cheating in her meek manner, Nanase is slamming her into walls.

It hurts my soul how this girl is being punished for doing the right thing...

I hope we find out in a couple chapters that Yuki actually enjoyed that and wants Nanase to do that again.

To be fair to us, even if it isn't technically wrong it's strange to write up a whole thing calling a character by a name that's only been mentioned once rather than the one used every other time, lol. Like, Sorawo definitely has a last name mentioned at some point in Otherside Picnic? Loved that we got to see more of Yuni's and Fuuko's backstory, their family life and thoughts.
Fuuko's "mama" complex makes sense never getting the motherly loved she needed after her grandmother died. Yuni's problems with cheating make sense coming from a broken home which gives many people experiencing it trauma in some form or another.

Good stuff, not everything needs to be happy go lucky feelgood, can't wait to see where this goes. Writing and Art is 10/10

Nanase is tye a coward. She seems like the type the doesn't like fighting for things. She is probably only dating Yuni because she was asked out more than actually loving her. Everytime something serious about their relationship comes up she either leaves or pushes Yuni away. This was her chance to prove she's a good gf, and still she decided to just walk away from the infirmary.

We probably have as much a chance at poly as we do any of the characters ending up with a guy...which is basically zero.

I'd argue this author, which is well-know for polys and whatnots (look at her past stories) and is actually building to at least an triangle, and hold me to it, Fuuko is gonna tease Nanase saying she actually made her girlfriend climax and propose who makes her Yuni climax harder that will eventually lead into our long-desired three-way, you heard it here first, folks!
