Don't know enough of Yoshiba to judge her.

Interesting start! I like how it didn't go full reincarnation and that both seem to still retain their memories. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

Kazura knew very well she was getting played, she even admits it at the start. She just put up with it because it at least meant that someone valued her in some way, until Otome made it undeniably clear she didn't care about her at all.

I wonder how many different ways to go they'll try before they inevitably get together. After that I wonder if they'll postpone the dying with each other to when they die of old age, or if they then actually manage to do it (and still want to), or if the horror movie twist comes around and permanently offs them just after they decided they'd rather live together after all.

I must confess, the writing of the story really has me feeling the dread and the rush when they stepped out on that ledge. This is beautifully written and tragically sad, but a wonderful read so far.

It’s also beautiful that the universe saw fit to give them another chance, so they could both go back and give Otome (henceforth known as Cuntasaurus) a colossal pride obliterating bitch slap.
