Ooh this one, more artists should peek into their older, finished work, and bless us with a bit of insight into the lives of those characters "after the fact". It also gives great reasons for rereading certain works.
Although I won't lie I wish I liked their other work as much as I liked "Still Sick"

I'd just finished rereading this the other night after I gushed about it to a friend (as a recommendation for them to read) and got sentimental enough to read it again myself. So this caught me pleasantly off guard! I love them both still so much!

What an amazing surprise return. Still love this story as much as when I first read it, and this little look at their lives together has both a message I really like and a lot of good Makoto and Maekawa interactions. Love those dorks.

The passage of time is still strange, true, but I'm struck at how vividly I still remember the rest of the story. It really left an impression on me. I miss it!

Man, I reread the manga volumes for this a few months ago... It's both satisfying, bittersweet and heartwarming to see that as much as things have changed, some things still stayed the same. They still geek out, freak out, fight and flirt, even while they've got bigger careers than ever.
