This is kind of my favorite thing, so I can find a lot of examples. For a variety of different works on this website there's Your Warmth, Water Depth, I Want to Lock You Up, Kusari wa mou Iranai, I Won't Say I Love You Anymore, The Distance of Love... a real weird one that still perfectly fits your wish is The Amazing Magic Only You Possess.

Can someone recommend me something like How Do We Relationship? Something more "realistic"*, where the focus is more on navigating the relationship itself rather than admitting they have feelings for each other in the first place

*subjective, but I guess what I like about that series is that it resonated with my problems, and its handling of homophobia (and misogyny) was pretty good

This series is pretty good and focuses more on adult life after meeting up but it is not a light read if you wanted more fluff:

i was reading protagonist x rival and i really loved the dynamic between kimura and hiyama in the later chapters (especially when hiyama ended up being the one to get more flustered back than usual) so i was hoping for something just as cute and lighthearted!

I second Her Tale of ShimCheong

I finished the first volume of a series called She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat recently, and it's so good. It's a fantastic yuri comedy centered around a duo, one of whom loves cooking, but has a tiny appetite, and another woman whose stomach is practically a bottomless pit. If you're looking for a series that's chill, funny, and cute, it's a great read.
