I think they missed the "what" before "the act," but "the act" is pretty much sex. So, in other words, we have a girl who doesn't know what sex is and her girlfriend who made her feel good.

But yeah, this title is a bit confusing.

I think adding double quotes makes it clearer: A story about a girl who doesn’t know The Act is called "Being made to feel good" by her girlfriend. Therefore: A girl was tricked by her GF to believe that she is "being made to feel good", she doesn't know it's actually having sex.

From what I can judge from her appearance and behavior, I'd say 8-10 years old... watching these couple is like watching the interaction of Minori and Koko.

Yeah, I don't know if that was the author's intention, but she really does seem uncomfortable, rather than just shy or embarrassed.

It gives off the same feeling as someone tricking a child into having sex, without the child knowing what is actually going on, and simply going along with it because she feels that she can't refuse; which is something that would easily be regarded as rape.
Again, I doubt this was what the author was going for, but unfortunately that's the feeling I get.
