Translator here. I did my best to render something poetic, even though a translation of a poem is always a betrayal.
She ends every first line with ときに (sometimes) and every verse with のかな? (I wonder/self interrogation).
Also, she uses repeatedly 呼ぶ which may mean "to call out", but in this context probably means more "to name/to label/to brand". Ie, "what label should we put on that, I wonder?"
So I twisted the translation a bit to make it sound more like the original, but then, the sentences look a bit awkward in English.
For those interested, here are the original lyrics.
誰も見ていないときに
こっそり手を繋ぎ合うワタシたち
その短い瞬間はなんて呼ぶのかな?
一緒に家を帰るときに
キミのとなりはワタシだけで
ワタシに向けた笑顔
それをワタシだけのものと呼ぶのが知っているのかな?
教室に二人っきりになるときに
誰にも言えない気持ちを語るワタシたちの歌
その歌はなんて呼ぶのかな?

Interestingly, for whatever reason, the pronouns (watashi, kimi) are all in katakana.
