I think this series will take it slow. But of course, there's a high chance Yuzu and Mei never ever have sex so even taking it slow will be faster.

Who's going to serve the real incest in SasaKoi though? Yori and Himari are not related and this doesn't seem like the kind of series to pull some dramatic reveal that they are.

I don’t think Kino has been “clueless” about that at all—she’s “loved” Yori since the first time she saw her perform. She just wasn’t sure exactly what kind of love it was, or what her feelings meant.

And she wasn’t holding back because she wasn’t sure that she “loved” (in the sense of being emotionally bonded to) Yori; she wanted to be careful of Yori’s feelings by making sure their feelings for each other matched up.

Remember, Kino was the one who marched up to the shy, introverted Yori and announced “I fell in love at first sight!” So, once she got her feelings sorted, not out of character at all.

So one of them can't even take a kiss on the cheek, because it's too much for her heart.
And the other one is fine with a purely friendly relationship.

The volume 3 extras made me ship Yori and Mizoguchi tbh. It is unfortunate that the latter is relegated to that "no.1 friend" only but it's the most ideal in a romantic relationship, imo. And it seems like Yori is comfortable being vulnerable to Mizoguchi.
