You really had to take the bait? You know it had no sexual connection. It was just an artistic depiction of her "purest form"/soul in the dream. This is often used in all media, but usually they censor the nipples. Freaking Dragonball had Vegeta appear naked in Goku's mind to remind him of the Super Saiyan legend or whatever. Visual metaphors etc.
Sexualization does not start with nudity, but intent.

No I don't. I'm sick every time a loli/whatever series drop and we have 10 page argument how pedophilia is bad and works like that have no right to exist. Everything that has character below 18 years old depicted nude or having any kind of sexual interaction, even with someone their age, is by definition a "sexualization of children" according to law and illegal. I wanted to give those people a taste of their own medicine. I hate how stigmatized is depicting healthy teenagers experiencing normal puberty or how any nudity, not even sexualized, is morally wrong. If your first thought seeing it is getting turned on/wanting to bang them, you're the problem, not the work. I can understand how it can be a issue with real actors (the same reason why I'm against actual child porn), but when they're not even real, I really don't get how that can be harmful in any way. Yes, I was basically trolling. I was getting worried nobody took a bait.

Wow, this is soooo sad, poor MC

This isn't even sad, this is actually more of a bittersweet happy. The worst thing about someone you know abruptly dying is the regret of never being able to tell them exactly how you feel. From personal experience, I had an uncle who killed himself after an argument with his wife, and I'm sure she wished for a long time she could tell him how much he really meant to her. But you can't, there's no way to talk to the dead.

This is kind of the fulfilment of this wish. Much as the dead girl wished she could apologize to her grandmother for breaking her photo, MC wished she could tell dead girl she loved her and get some kind of answer. And she does! She gets to get those emotions off her chest and achieve closure with her emotions. If only we could all talk to ghosts...

I feel like the reason the MC didn't want the ghost to come near her head was because she knew her memory that someone loved her would set her free and help her to move on. She didn't want the ghost to move on because then she would have the chance to spend more time with her. Even if the ghost did go travelling, she would come back to her some day and they could spend more time with each other. But now that she has moved on, the ghost is happy, but the MC was forced to confront the fact that the girl she loved is really gone. But the best way forward is for her to move on, of course.

the real tragedy is this stories depiction of wishing you had gotten to know a person b4 it was two late, weather that person dies (the extreme) or you just dont have the opportunity to interact with that person anymore.. this is sad
