Das cuz the scanlation team be waitin fo da volume release cuz those raws will be clearer and have better resolution than da online ones for the individual chapters. Basically, from now on, between volumes will have a long depression of no translation of new Hana ni Arashi chapters for several, then have a sudden splash good feels thanks to new translations, and so on and so forth.
