Mari seems to be a girl of extremes. Extreme devotion to her boyfriend, extreme depression when she discovered he was cheating on her, extreme obsession with Furuka when Furuka was even the tiniest bit nice to her... While, of course, around here we tend to approve of a girl taking a lesbian turn, her behavior really seems unhealthy. Especially since Furuka isn't even noticing her very unsubtle hints at all.

In other news, I really hope the chapter of Kon dissolving away was symbolic rather than literal, and she's actually still alive for Furuka to save.

Sorawo says that she thinks her past is nothing special, but this is a girl who created a "cult survival persona" inside her head just to get through the horrors inflicted by her own family. It's clear from an outside perspective that her past has had a huge impact on her, but she can't see it. Some of that certainly comes from the "doesn't everyone deal with something like that when they're growing up?" attitude, but also a lot of it I think comes from how she is extremely lacking in self-awareness.

So I came back to this series after sleeping on it for a long time, and suddenly the uncle is an aunt and people are saying it's always been that way and I'm confused. Any chance of getting the translations of the tankoubon version here, since it's apparently so different from what we have?

Also that bit with Kon dissolving inside the monster was not cool. Bring her back.

There's a LOT more to the story of Oz than what was shown in the movie.

I feel that what happened to the mother may have something to do in the end with the villainess system. Though it may just be me focusing on my own theory too hard... but I've felt for a while that the "system" isn't actually any sort of remnant from a game or anything like that, but is rather something like the mare that possessed Elsa in the first chapter: a hostile spirit that is preying in Evie's fears, presenting itself to her in a form she expects.

I do hope Diana doesn't end up becoming the new villain. That happens far too often in villaness-focused stories.

Pardon me for jumping in, but I feel there may be a miscommunication here. While it may be true that some of us simply want an ending where everyone is happy and would take whatever leads to that result, I think many people who ask for a poly ending to a story are looking for something deeper than a typical harem ending. We aren't looking for dozens/hundreds of chapters of potential romantic partners fighting over the protagonist just to end it abruptly with "well, why can't we all share her together?" A proper polyamorous story involves all partners coming to love each other, not just multiple people all loving the same one person. It takes work to do that properly.
