Kinda reminds me of a book that I started reading yesterday. Were the friend of the protagonist is secretly in love with her... since their days on college, and they're already graduated doctors.
And the protagonist have a boyfriend... but she every weekend goes back to her hometown to spend time with her family and more importantly with her best friend.
I hope that this girl doesn't take that long to act...

... more than a cliff hanger... it just feels like there was no real footing with this story. The art was great, and it had a little something going for it... but a couple of the standard things (Like secret crush getting called SO of said crush, and the I'm miserable, so I'm going to drink myself out of it mentality.) make me hesitate.

where it reads "to be continued" I read "End" that's it for me, one and done

When the first chapter ended I was intrested after the second I have a long list of questions starting and ending with if you know then why dont you say something.
