It shows one as "Haru Fujinokawa," which seems written western-style, but the other says "Asahi Miyako," which seems Japanese-style. Or is her given name Asahi? Miyako is a given name I've heard, but I've never heard it used as a family name.

Had a look at the raw of the first chapter. Miyako is the surname written with the kanji for "palace" and "old", while the given name Asahi is written in plain hiragana (宮古あさひ).

A bit late, but if the translator is here the 1.1 final bubble has a typo. All the girls are thinking "we can't hear you". Since they can and they've got anger marks on their heads because they can't study, should be "can".

This was discussed on Discord. A second translator reported: 'Looks like 聞こえねーよ! which means "can't hear".'

And the SFX is 'monmon', the dictionary entries for which are "anguished, distressed, worried, discontented" and "horny". The original SFX TL was "irritated", but got changed to "horny" and "bothered" (or maybe 'bothered' was already there, I forget.)

I wasn't sure about the dynamic but after reading 1.2 and 1.3 this is just the right kind of perveted idiot i like.

Oh okay, I guess they are in the roommate territory (the whole "more than friends, less than lovers") but it seems clear they are basically dating in any sense except actually saying they are. Haru is a bit too pure while Asahi has the comedy filter so even though they do L.S. alot, they still haven't quite crossed the dating line.

It feels kind of weird because Asahi already gave a sincere "It's you I like" after joking it was her boobs she liked, and basically proposed with the talk of feeling like they were married and the "I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life with you" line. And Haru said that she even liked Asahi's annoying side when pressed.

Is Haru saying she doesn't know what kind of "like" it is? Or that they might just be friends with benefits? I guess Haru pretended she was asleep the one time, and the rest Haru says she can't tell how much Asahi is serious or joking. And Haru was basically forced to reluctantly say she liked that side too, so maybe it doesn't count?

But I think if you asked Asahi, she's already confessed at some point and they're dating, and maybe she thinks Haru is embarrased and doesn't want to admit it to their friends.
