Are we going to get more info on why Riri was locked in a basement when she and Ooma met the first time next chapter? Best reason I can think of why she got trapped alone instead of the two of them.

Poor Zai. Trapped as a third wheel. I wonder if we'll ever find out what the deal between him and Riri is though.

I think my favorite thing about this series is where something is playing out in the present time and he goes into a flashback of almost the exact same scenario and shows how he failed at the same thing so Ooma is trying to rectify that NOW and change what they did do in the past.

And all we really know now, is that if she did, she did it in the name of love.

Whelp...Starting to think Riri might have actually been the cause of Ooma's death in the past. I didn't want to believe it at first but that ending all but proves she's at least the one that FOUND the body but that facial expression on the last page doesn't seem like one that just found said body.

Interesting since we got this entire chapter from Riri's pov we did indeed prove she does remember her past (Though it was very obvious no one's gonna entertain and date a middle schooler like that if it wasn't for the past they shared).

Very interesting chapter that told us quite a bit without telling us almost anything at all.
