When I hope for an English release it's cause I want a physical copy so the point is moot either way.

From a narrative standpoint, yes, but this series already has made some weird plot choices in the past. It’s definitely a good way to get people looking at the personal account, though.

I have a nagging suspicion that it was axed by the publisher, like 90% of other quality yuri mangas that dare flirt with the action genre. Tatsubon's decision to keep the rights to the series and to draw it independently was a galaxy brain move.

That's exactly how I feel. Thanks goodness Tatsubon will be able to keep at it.

My heart sank when I saw end of serialization. At least the author is able to release it at their own pace now which is good as they will have more freedom. Still kinda strange that the serialization just stopped there so I hope nothing bad happend behind the scens.

Regardless, this has been a very enjoyable ride.

Skipped more than a bit. The sudden interruption was decidedly odd. My all time favorite manga is Bloom into You (which makes a pun in English, but probably not in Japanese).
