Ch20.5 is the last one of volume 2. We ended up using magazine scans instead of tanks after that (there's only so much you can do to convince anons to pay for manga) so I don't know exactly where vol3 ends, though the colored spread on the raws for ch31 seems to indicate that's where vol4 is likely to start (although it might just be cos they announced the anime at that time).
