So, this was it? How ... disappointing.

Well I thought the ending pretty good (with Mya and Hana), not sure what others expected from a college student and elementary schooler. If there is ever a sequel between Noa and Hinata, then I'm all for it. Oh, and thanks to the translators of course.

I saw this on another series that ended recently as well, where people were coming in to say oh thank god I can stop seeing updates for this, this series is so bad. Everyone has their own opinion, I just can't imagine coming in at the end of a series just to insult it and say it shouldn't have existed. There's various series on here that I'm not a fan of, maybe I voiced my opinion on a chapter I tried reading, but I wouldn't go back to the series after it ended just to insult it.

I often try to be of the mind that even if I don't like something I hope others enjoy it, and that the creator's efforts are rewarded with support. I also fully acknowledge that not everything is for me, that the world doesn't revolve around me, and so I'm not bothered by seeing updates for something that I'm not interested in.

Setting that aside- I liked this ending and it is more or less what I expected- they were hardly gonna hook up given the huge age gap and the tone of this manga! The mangaka coulda gone further for poor Noa tho - given they are the same age it woulda been innocent.

Anyone know if there is a few extras from the tank left or anything?

I would say at the end there, Hana knew what Miyako was refering to- anyone else? Im not sure if miyako knew she knew tho. So I think its almost inevitable they will become a couple once Hana hits 16 or 18 - and run their cake shop together..

I hope the author does a little flash forward to that time even if its doujin.

So no timeskip chapter.

I don’t know much about Subaru (assuming that’s the VTuber), but did she say she liked this? That seems funny to me since it’s not the most socially acceptable thing. Anyway, this was pretty decent. I thought the ending felt a bit sudden, but I guess it’s a good stopping point.

I just realized I started reading this after it ended lool. Bright side is I can binge through it

i guess the ending was alright, the last quarter of the manga really was running on fumes. Really hard to keep momentum on a manga that can´t develop their relationships past certain point without entering cancel territory but it is what it is

Can’t believe wataten ended…. I’ve seen the anime and read a little of the manga but never really got into it. Got used to seeing the title pop up every now and then on here… seeing it end was surprising.
