It's frustrating because I want to like this chapter, the sexual intimacy is nice to see, but I wish it came after the much needed communication. The art continues to be gorgeous and I hope the pacing improves in the next couple or so chapters.

This chapter makes sense to me. Strong emotions (Good or bad, it doesn't matter) can have a stimulating effect on many people, even when those emotions have NOTHING to do with that situation or that person. Best way I know to explain it is how in many areas with lots of violence (cities close to war zones for example) there are a LOT of brothels to be had. Morality doesn't figure into it. It's just that people who are/have been engaged in violence often times can't help but act out from arousal. Spouses of police have detailed it many times how when after a bad day when that officer had to go all out in the line of duty they go home and are extremely energetic to their spouses, almost like a relief valve. While I don't put pollen reactions and band breakup on the same level as police emergencies, extreme frustration and confusion could trigger those same effects, given the right circumstances.

^ There's also the matter of Mitsuki probably not being ready to open up to Aya about her inner turmoil yet and using sex as a distraction, whether she's aware of it or not.

sometimes i wonder what would happen if arai sumiko could go beyond 4 pages a chapter. also i'd have to agree, the pacing in the adult arc is a lot more rushed/read between the lines than school arc. i guess it makes sense in a way, because so much of their relationship development happened in school, but i'd love to know more about the adult mitsuaya as well. i think this is what makes these chapters feel a bit strange even if it's technically an okay way to present this situation. it's not so much "we need to see what happened between mitsuki/the band" but rather i wish we knew about adult mitsuki at all. anyone #relate?

Daymm despite of us having this blessing seeing them making out with more skin showing, I can't totally be happy with the elephant in the room still being ignored.It makes me sad that their first gay segggss chapter on screen is with a touch of an unsaid drama fever. Welp I hope they will be able to communicate on their pillow talk time after the seggss session.

Cool chapter. Her worry is building. I love the questions she's beginning to ask herself, while she continues to try finding a good moment and words to broach the topic. Life does go on though; it's not like they'll stop kissing and having sex in the meantime. I think contrasting the physical intimacy she's receiving with the emotional intimacy she's craving, implying she's somewhat unsatisfied, is a good touch. The mystery of how badly Mitsuki has been affected continues. Interesting stuff to cover in such short spaces. Really want to see how Sumiko plays everything out.

Oh I didn't read it like that. I read it more that she didn't really have the words to say at the moment in her head, which came off like coming onto her gf. Which naturally she reciprocates lol

Yessssss, If they are going to “skip” conflict for some chapters to show us sex, I approve. Need to be done more often.
